How much cord do you need for a carpet?
• To knit a small “tiled” rug 55 cm x 55 cm, you will need only 200 m of cord.
• For a round carpet with a diameter of 1.06 m, you need about 600 m of cord, for a round carpet with a diameter of 1.5 m – 750 m of cord.
• A simple rectangular rug 70 cm x 80 cm, knitted with embossed posts, will take 600 m of cord.
• For the largest 2-meter – 2000 m.

Meterage is approximate, material consumption depends on the pattern, manner and density of knitting.
