Return of goods and funds

You can return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, to our address indicated in the “contacts” section of the official website

Goods that have not been used or applied are subject to return. Goods that do not show signs of damage. Have the proper appearance and consumer qualities at the time of their sale. There is no damage to the packaging, labels and tags.

Delivery and transportation of the goods that are being returned is carried out by the efforts and means of the buyer.

Refunds for purchased goods occur within seven working days in the same form in which payment for the goods was made.

Goods that are cut off are not subject to return.
